2 day sickness.

Ok so I am going to try and give as much info as I can. I have 2 girls right now, they are a few weeks old. I have not been giving them any nutes, just distilled water. I have them under CFL's and I water them usually every other day, depending on what the soil feels like. I live in a colder area so the temp is an issue as it gets cold so I have a heater in my room and I usually turn it on before I go to bed. I have the heater set to 75 and should auto shut off if it gets any higher than that. I have not had any issues using the ehater however I did notice today, that my bucket ( I have them in big lowes buckets I believe 5 gallon) was pretty warm. I dont have a therm in the room ( yes I know BAD and I will be fixing that) so I am not exactly sure how hot or cold the room was and or is getting. This set up has worked fine until the other day I noticed the tips of the my leaves are curling down and turning yellowish brown. Doing some researching I thought this might be a nute def problem so I gave them some nutes thinking this would help... This is what I walked into today ....... Please Help I am totally lost on what to do. Oh and these are Purple Snow cap. This stocks are always purple so I didnt think it was a Mg issue.

they look hungry. does not look like mg- to me. Tip burn and curl can be a few different things, including over watering due to soil staying too moist in cold temps.

Is there a reason to water with distilled water? that sounds unnatural. they look pretty good but flowering under the cfls is gonna take some time.

you don't really want to use distilled water. Distilled water doesn't have any calcium or minerals, and metals in it. When you add your nutes to distilled water the ph can swing out of control because there's no buffer in the water.

These are my mothers for the time so I am keeping them in veg. I will start to use well water, no I have not been checming the Ph..... yes I know now that this could very well be a huge huge mistake on my part. I am also going to stop using the heater for so long to see if that is the issue. Nutes I am using are Fox Farm and I follow the feed schedule, mind you that in these pics I only just fed them the night before I snapped them and posted em. I am going to see how they do tonight and see what happens.

As I said when I checked on them this morning the bucket for the one closest to the heater was rather warm, this being the worst one. The other one I have shows little to no signs of any real issues.I think the true culp is the heater getting that plant to hot but I could be wrong. I am going to go buy Ph stuff this friday to prevent further issues.

Correct. Right on the money.

Update. I have turned down the hours that the fan is on and do not have it oscillating. So far I have not noticed them getting worse. I believe what had happened is the one of the two that was closest to the heater got way way to hot ....... I know I should slap myself.
