Hey guys :weed:

It's my first post so take it easy.. So I know a guy who has big tent: 2.4 x 2.4m and 2m tall.. and he's trying to figure out the best way to mount the 4 x 600w lights using cooltubes..

His first Idea was to mount it something like:

CARBON FILTER >> COOLTUBE 1 >> COOLTUBE 2 >> COOLTUBE 3 >> COOLTUBE 4 >>> FAN >>> OUT

Now he knows that is not the best idea.. so he's exploring new ideas.. somebody told him that he should have them in 2 separate lines.. so he was thinking something like in these schemes:

What do you guys think?

Also he knows that there are some carbon filters out there that could be mounted in line but his is a classic end of the line type.

Thanks very much for your time lots of health to your plants lol

Have 2 fans with 2 separate runs. Have one just get air from outside the tent to cool 2 lights and have the other pull air from in the tent with a filter to exhaust the air from the room and the second 2 hoods. 400cfm for the one that draws from outside and 600cfm for the interior fan. Look at the new hyper fans for a low wattage solution.

I would run a separate fan and filter

then have your 4x cool tubes on a separate ducting with its own fan

my advice ditch the tubes they are garbage.
i have tried n tested these and hoods are way better,
i also have 2 seperate lines, both have carbon filters in side the tent, the lighting fan kicks in with the timer for lights,
the other fan is on a fan speed controller.
most of the year i dont use the glass in the hood and go straight to filter.

Thanks guys for your sweet replies.. Because I only have 2.4m square I don't have that much space to do how you suggested but I've found a way to make it.. I'll add some pics tomorrow! Thanks!
