1st Tincture Attempt and result

Well here it is I tried to make my First Green Dragon tink given Master Wu's method but had to substitute 151 with Diesel 153 proof pure grain alcohol. I decarbed about 4.6 grams of high quality shake n trim for around 5 minutes @ 325F but took it out around 4 minutes due to some light smoking I observed and was worried about vaping my greenery. After decarbing I got the water bath rolling and let it simmer for about 27 minutes. I had some trouble keeping the temperature of my diesel/cannabis ( 2oz alc/4.6G tree) mixture in the 150-165 range and it mostly fluctuated around 169-173F but was at a slight roll nothing too extreme so I figured I was ok. it was exactly what I saw someone in a video doing so I figured that temp would be alright but I tried to keep it as low as I could once I was started. I strained my solution and got everything I could put of the mash and it came out to exactly an oz left. I immediately took 1 dropper and a half once it was coold and then put in in the freezer to store. I has now been almost two hours and I haven't felt much. Any Clues as to what went wrong. Should I have decarbed @170-190 for 15-25 minutes instead? Theres always a chance that it is taking me a lil longer to kick in but we shall see. Here are some notes on what I did :

decarbed @325F for 5 min
water bath 27 min @ 172 temp was high most of time and fluxated
yielded approximately 1 oz
Titration empty stomach
sublingually @ 930 am
taste like shit
1.5 dropperfuls
took 1 hit of bowl 1 hour prior
not stoned upon ingestion
drunk feeling after few minutes
after 50 minutes nothing is felt ingest 1 more drop
slight buzz at 1051
