yeah, as I said in the ghetto thread. you need cfl lights, like 23 watt or more and they need to be close to the plants, like 2 inches away or so.. as close as possible without burning the leaves... also, try and put some lights lower down on the stalks to try and get some nodes to grow out lower, or you can lst (low stress training) if the stalk is still fairly flexible

You need proper lighting and lots of it as they are stretched to the max due to lack of proper lighting.

ok so if they dont get enough light they like where the light at maybe theres some more light up there i might be in the shade better reach out there and see if i can find some light .
another thing is u could prep them stalky by starting them on a long tube light or cfl (swirly power saving bulb) right above them if u use enough light like this with lots of bulbs or reflective materials in a box or something they will barely grow in hight cus they chill with that amount of light so they will just try and get more by getting wider if u want u can look at how mine started the set up i had was pretty cheap since i had the 4' tube lights
whats do u have now what is ur budget what hardware stores grow shops and nurseries are near u and what do u want to focus on currently

With the lights your using....your looking at a 1/4 oz per plant of some very very very fluffy pot. You are going to need some proper lights.

Hi mate. I know everyone is telling you to get CFL lighting, But personally i would invest in a 250w HPS bulb for your grow area. Its going to cost you around £30-£40 but they put out a lot more lumens than a CFL. And altho lots of people use the CFL lighting and have some good growss. You will atcheive a lot more with the HPS. Do some research and you will see this. Then the choice is yours...

Hope this helps

goto home depot buy the 2-4 cheapest smallest tube lights 4foot should be about 20 bucks a light get daylight bulbs maybe mix in another type of bulb if the lable says it has a lot of lumens should equalize light spectrum put hooks in corners and hang them in corners (normally they lay flat u put them in corners one end attacked at top bottom can be attatched for stability)it should add a decent amount of lumens for little dollars in setup cheap to run low heat and can be used as suplimentury so the wont go to waste if u use something else if u have u can keep the lights u have and switch them to cfl if u want they will get so much more usable light u should see a lot of growth what was ur light cycle again?

ace hardware is better than homedepot for these uses they are a liil cheaper and have more of the smaller things wanted for cfl systems but h-depot has more bulbs

look i made a 4 light example 2 or 4 can be used depending on ur cash and electric budget i got a lil creative but i like this model u get decent budget lumen production and u can use center lights to put light in optimal spots :bigjoint: hope u enjoy my picture i hope my paint time is apretiated
