Thats cool then dude - again, just have a browse on here & online for weed growing guides, etc as plenty give good overviews of its life cycle (some will be basic, some very scientific but all will tell u something). I found that once u've viewed 6 or 7 different guides or grow videos, then u start to see the same things repeated in a slightly different way & u can piece it together.
And again, i'd stress that growing plants isn't hard at all (they love to grow!), but the effort involved in trying to maximise bud production is hard. Too many noobs buy big bucks equipment then wonder why it all fails & wrongly assume growing must be really hard. Growing is easy & should be learnt first; growing massive quantities is harder & should be learned second.

3 16 W bright whites even with reflectors arent gonna be enough. your gonna want like 75+ true watts which thats a bare minimum as is because the more watts you use the higher your chances are of coming out with more bud. Scrog and lst help do more with less watts so thats why i say it ups your chances not a complete guarantee.
I just circulate the air in my grow and its in a closet, just opening the door to the closet once everyday or twice will get some air flowing in there, an intake and exhaust work better of course but you will survive without it.
On to your space 3 feet of height??? in a closet? idk if you made a cab or something but take that out just use the main part of the closet trust me 3 feet of height isnt gonna cut it.
agreed with everyone else what type of organic soil you have? because with soil theres either really crappy soil or really good soil and usually the really good soil isnt sold in any stores and has to be bought online or w.e [at least for me theres no fox farms/happy frog/any useful soil in my town] which is why im kind of shying away from soil right now lol.
tips with the lights hmm well keep the cfls 2-3 inches away, absolute farthest away like 6 inches. 6500k-5000k for veg you can mix some spectrum but keep it mostly veg. Thats really all there is to say about that...keep the bulbs over the plant not to the side.
