1st time grow, just want to make sure shits legit

I have 6 freshly planted fem. strawberry ice seeds indoors, each in 8 plastic pots with soil.I cant afford a hps or mh so I have 3 cfls a couple inches over the plants. The package on the lights i'm using say 42/150 watts. how many more lights am i going to need as the plants grow bigger?

The room that they are in is closed off, with no windows. There is a space heater, humidifier, and fan near the plants. how often would i have to air out the room? if that wouldn't be sufficient, what would be an easy way to construct a ventilation system to a window about 15-20 feet away?

also, the soil that i am using is a mixture of perlite, vermiculite, peat moss, and also contains .09% nitrogen, .04% Phosphorous, and .06% potassium (potash). I just recently discovered that you are not supposed to use nutrient enhanced soil, but whatever. at what point in the grow should i start adding nutes?

any help would be really appreciated, i just want to know if i'm doing things right and what i need to do. thanks a lot.

So I am guessing your room is a bedroom type room? or a wardrobe? if its a large room I wouldnt really worry too much about ventilation using CFL's.
Get as many lights on there as you can. From memory I think someone wise on here said 75watts per plant minimum for CFL grows. Dont quote me on that I am working on red eye memory. if you feel the need for extra ventilation you could get a ducting fan and run ducting. this is not a huge importance to cfl grows as there is no need to get rid of large amounts of heat. So for us to help better what is your room dimentions?

15 foot? ahh ok so decent size. hehe wish I had a basement I could use. Using CFL's in that area I wouldnt worry about ventilation. I would at most open a door or whatever you can and sit a fan in the doorway blowing fresh air in whilst I am home. My cfl I just open my grow room door during the light hours whilst I am home and all is good.
