1st online journal / growing for 12 years

I'm just bored and testing how these things work at the moment, I plan to start this as my grow journal very soon!
I just cut new babies off of mommies last night and thought it would b fun to see what I can learn and teach by sharing.
If you wish to comment on my grow please be kind enough not to post in my journal, I just wish to keep it organized! I will make a thread for commenting at a later time, after I've started the actual journal, and post a link to this journal and the commenting thread in my signature so we can all share our thoughts and knowledge!

It's been a hectic couple of weeks here. First a couple of months back I had my first ever mite infestation. It seems the ladies have done a good job but I'll keep them around just in case.
I wanted to wait until I had a new mite free mother before I started a journal but that didn't even turn out to be the best time to start. I started this journal in the middle of last month when I cut some new babies and a couple days later my clone and veg rooms lights decided to pass from this incarnation within days of each other. They were both 65w 5000k cfls I forget the lumens at the moment. I unfortunately was not prepared and had to use the same lights I use around my house until yesterday brought me 2 68w 2700k 4200lumen cfls. They're not the spectrum I wanted but hopefully they will do in my, for the time being, mom/clone/veg room. Once I need the room for veg I will move the clones back to their own box with the cfls and the veg will either get it's MH back or it's own cfls.
