1st journal special kush#1 rqs

Royal Queen Seeds: Special Kush #1
Broke ground 3/24.
3-4 day germination time planted right in to coco/perl mix. 50/50
10/10 germ. Rate(no pre-germ method)
Nutrients are cyco pro kit with everything else the kit didn't come with.
Used a 40w fluorescent for the first few days above soil. I then switched to a 150w Chinese led panel.(half power) and I know I know it isn't a tru 300w panel.
I will be movin them to there final pots tonight. And will update with a description of what's going on with them.(excuse the shirts in the pic, they are in a closet underhanging clothes.

Got the plants in to their final pots last night aside from 2 (only 1more will be added to the tent the other I haven't decided) haven't done much to em cuz there isn't much to do. Just keeping it updated they are 2 weeks from seed. Cyco nutes at 30% strength(didn't want them to blow up in the cups) they are starting recommended dose from here on out. I'll tweek what I feel is needed. And ill post up a thread on how I did my pots/breather bags. These bags do very very well in flower.

Day 14)Haven't been doing much just been letting em veg. They are in week 3(pretty much anyway) full cyco nutes at 1300ppm doing quite well so far. I topped the lot of them except the cup I'm giving it to a friend for an outer grow. I gave my second cup to my dad to mess with.

They are all starting shoots from all nodes(some larger than others) mostly even growth.

A few days ago I defoliated all the ladies. They are now in week 4 I have a 1k mh above them for now.i will be defoliating some more and removing shoots to focus the plant on new upper growth in a few more days. The second pic shows what they all look like under the new foliage. Pretty much anyway I have one or 2 that are growing a little slower but are just as healthy as the rest.pics are from today

Defoliated lightly and removed lower shoots of my side branching. On plant is lookin sad (not from the defol just overall when i got home from work it just looked down)I'm still workin it out. the rest seem to be fine I might just pull it down to 6 of the healthiest ladies so I can just focus on the most vigorous and lush phenos. The one that seems sad is a little more sativa pheno than the rest.

Il have to see how they react to the defol. My last grow with this strain she loved it. But it was one plant last time not 8 under the same amount of light. Will update with pics in a few days.

**I'll probably hit the one with a flush of klense cuz it seems almost like claw but also almost like root fungus. I started treating with neem.

Just defoliated for light pen.

Started lst. On week 5. Nothing much going on just focusing on getting the inner shoots to push out so I raised my light to encourage a little bit of stretch. Node distance is very compact on most ladies. Had a little nitrogen rich and so I hit em with klense last night full soak. Will give full feeding tomorrow night they reacted very well to the lst and super cropping. No time at all they were back facing the light source. These pictures are fro this morning not yesterday.

Thinned out to the new shoots. Will be getting more lst.

Alright had some ppm issues so I switched over to jacks hydroponics. I'll be using additives at half strength during flower just wont use em all.
I like cyco u just ended up with ppm issues and don't know where in the line up it coming from so I couldn't wait she I've had deficiency's popping up here and there so I'm not even gon bs with it. Cyco is awesome just no time to fuck with it and make more problems. Still using dr repair and ryzo and will use suga and sticky during flower.

They all got thinned,lst,an super cropped. Ima turn the big one to my mother. Just lettin em grow for a few more days then ill make the flip as this strain loves to fill up for flower.

Just got fed nothing much since the posted pick. Had some mag and cal issues so I bumbed those up. So 3.5 grams of jacks hydro 2.5 grams of cal nit. And 2 grams of mag sulf. Ful strength ryzo and dr.repair. Ph.6.0

Plants have mad shoots trying to shoot up threw the canopy. Gonna have some pruning todo before flower flip.

I'm not gonna lie this time around plants where more touchy. But also far more pungent

Hi paw I got that same strain going also. Only 6inch right now but extremely healthy. Gorgeous plants btw.!!

They absolutely love to bush up man so idk if you've grown this before but defiantly exploit it.
The last time I did this strain it was a very smooth smoke and smelled like a ear to ear grin haha
