What soil are you currently in?
If you are in miracle grow potting soil you shouldn't be adding any MG nutes.
There is enough in the soil already, is my understanding, and you would be burning them when you add more. I did that in my first grow. It will also burn from the bottom up.
Also what temperature is your closet?

holy shit dude they most certainly look like there gonna die... Next time dont be afraid to start in a larger container and stay in it for a while... Is no one using the string threw a hole in the bottom putting the plant on a rock and using the string to allow the plant to pull its own water... lamens hydroponics...keeps from overwatering makes the roots find the water lower in the container and as long as you change the water its hands off except to stroke her coon....just wondering!

Not quite sure of temperature, maybe high 70s, but it cant be over 85 degrees, MAX. Yes I recently started adding MG fertilizer which could be the problem, but they have been doing this since the beginning.

homegrwn, you're the fucking man!

I would lay off the fertilizer and it's possible that the soil was too chemically rich for your little girls if you have been having problems from early on. Maybe buy some foxfarm Ocean forest and then let them be for a while.

I quit adding the MG fert and they have begun to turn around. Got a pack of deer park water which is working nice also (props dialup). Why do my plants not branch up and grow straight up mostly, never pruned maybe why?

I really wanna see a pic or a graphic of this setup. Sounds cheap and elite if done well.

I love you too man :] As for the pruning, I dont think it is needed, new pics will help though. Some time may be needed for the turn-around. After that, everything should be uphill!

If I have time after classes today I'll post pics of my personal "lamens hydroponics" wick system that i experimented at first. Thanks for the love brother, and glad i dont need to prun... just more to mess up!:p. Will post more pics tonight, stay tuned stoner steeves!!!

I'm having some lower growth problems, does anybody know what this is? So far i've concluded it's not root bound (yet), over/under watering, and i've been told the pH shouldn't be too much of a problem.... even still i bought one that doesn't work.

please help! thanks

  • week 2-3 for elders, 1-2 for younglings
  • MG seed starting potting mix (60%), Peralite (40%)
  • water every 2-3 days (water sits for 24hrs prior to watering)
  • 24/7 light sch
  • 4 CFLs: 2- 42watt @ 5500K (i believe), and 2- 26watt @ 6500K
  • oscillating fan on 6hr intervals on then off
pics from today:
at that age i mist them to get more water to the growth.. dont know but this might help with the droppy leaves... they should be standing perky or am i wrong"?
