1st grow - Greenhouse - Day 42

Ultra Haze

Well-Known Member
Hello, me and some friends have 4 plants growing in a Greenhouse for our first time.

We have 2 Arjan's Ultra Haze #2 plants which are 42 days old, and 2 Swiss mix sativa's which are about 35 days old.

We would like some feedback seen as this is my first ever attempt at growing, and I'd like to know what we can do to keep them alive especially as the flowering period is about to start at any time now in the UK.

The only problems we have had so far was nute burns, which we have now sorted from flushing the plants, and insects which occasionally show where they have been eating the leaves.

The 2 plants at the back are the Arjan's Ultra Haze, and the front 2 are the swiss:

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

i wouldnt really feed other than once a week.
i have some plants outdoor what i planted in april.
they are 5 foot and topped 20 times each and all have 20 to 30 main colas.
anyway i had to get a green house this week end because im scared of the frost getting them.

i would plant them into there final pots now, and my plants are just starting to show hairs, i would say yours will start in a week or two.
i will be watching this grow.
i wouldnt have planted the haze, because they take soooo long to flower, upto 14 weeks.
that would be the end of nov.
hope the frost dont come early?.
where in uk are you from.
im from leeds.

btw how big is your greenhouse.

i got a 6x6x5 greenhouse from argos for £40.
maybe you and your mates could all chip in a £10 each and get on.
i think your plants will need the space and shelter.
if this summer is awt to go by, our winter is going to be shit aswell.

Yeah we made a big mistake about two weeks ago and were seriously overfeeding them, but the new leaves look healthy and there is no yellow spots showing up anymore.

We purchased the Ultra Haze simply because it has something like 22% thc and we were looking for a strong smoke. The swiss mix seeds came free with the haze and I'm not too sure how they will turn out. We are growing in Durham in quite a secluded location so we do have quite a lot of time for the haze to flower anyway.

We built the greenhouse, it's not too big, just under 5ft high, I think we will also have to get a new greenhouse aswell at the rate the plants are growing, the Ultra Haze are getting 2 7-set leaves every 3 days now. The swiss seem to be getting extremely tall for the little leaves they have aswell.

Ok, thanks for your help, I'll switch to the final pots now.

Also, do you reccomend bamboo canes to straighten and direct the stems growth for the plants?

Great thanks for that info.

Also, I now know that it's not a good idea to use mosquito repellent on your plants or in the greenhouse :/

They have started to die, a lot of leaves turned yellow brown and wilted overnight, I hope they will still live :(

give your plants a good spray every day for a few days.
or leave them outside also and let the wind blow all the toxings.

im taking the g.house back and asking for another.
