1st grow ever!

This is my first grow ever, planting anything!
I have 4 auto flower plants
1.Auto White Sirius- fs
2. Auto sour diesel haze- fs
3. Pineapple Express- fb
4. Gorilla glue-fb
Grow set up
4x4x8 grow tent
1200 bestva full spec led (210w draw)
80/20 coco/perlite in 5 gal smart pots
My nutes
An -sensi coco bloom a+b
An -cal/mag
An- b52
An- voodoo juice
An- big bud
An- overdrive

When I don't give nutes I put 1 tsp/gal of cinnamon

Started seed right in pot. Here are pics of 4 days after planting

Yesterday's pic, tomorrow is will be exactly 3 weeks since the day they were planted. You'll see that my leaves started turning so I'm hoping that I treated it right. I treated it as if it was a cal/mag deficiency. If anyone can tell me what the prop is that would be much appreciated.

Really tough to help with deficiency when you are taking all your pics under purple LEDs... turn off light and use flash, we can help better that way. Never heard of the cinnamon thing, whats that all about?

My uncle told me it's an organic way to help with root strength and growth as well as fungal and pest control.
Also here are some pics I took today, basically 3 weeks.

I sprinkle cinnamon on my green house floor as well as the top soil of my smart pots ....I've done it for years ......for some reason the ants don't like it at all....I always buy a big container at the beginning of each green house run .......your plants look overwatered IMO as well ...GL

Thank you! I've been watering about once a week, I don't water if the bottom of the pot is still wet So could it be I'm adding toooo much water when I water?

Not a soil grower, but it seems alot of folks go by the weight of the pot in hand, to tell if it needs wat trees r/is overwatered. Hope it all works out good for you and you grow some MONSTERS.

Looking good lad. Only second time myself. Great hobby and these forums help massivly with reasurance. Help with that feeling of should i or shouldnt i... sort of thing. Seeing other people results. Im gonna try the cinnomon thanks for the tip. Keep the updates coming

You really can't add too much water. Look at it like a sponge you use to wash dishes whether you pour 2 cups or 2 gallons there's only so much water it can hold. Assuming there's proper drainage of course.

Massively disagree over water your plant and you mught as well use a flood and drain system. Also if tour over watering using nutrients then it will cost ypu a fortune!!! Over watering can cause you plant to curl inwards and yellowing of the leaves. Think about it another way when you have a massive meal and loads to drink how do you feel. Im normally in a food coma. Less is often better.

Disagree all you like, but over watering comes from frequency not volume. Watering often doesn't allow the soil to dry, or rinse salt from it if you're using synthetics.

you can water coco three or four times a day, if you're running ebb and flow. its all about drainage, water passing through coco draws air into the roots, but it can't be sitting in a puddle. i put a couple of inches of gravel in the bottom of my saucers so the roots are never water logged, and water every other day. the coco never dries out, and at the end of a grow, i pull a solid mass of healthy roots out of my pots

looks like they are coming back... I wouldn't worry too much. After seeing some of the posts... I always fix issues with my plants by watering with a different/adjusted formula to cure. Letting coco dryout causes all kind of issues, keep it saturated/soaked/wet!! This is not soil people, you really can't overwater coco.

So if you have a deficiency, water with that nute. If your plants are overnuted, water with 25% strength nutes. If your ph was off, water with corrected ph. If they look sad and you don't know why, water again to flush unknowns and get fresh O2 to the roots...
