1st grow/a couple questions

This plant sprouted about 8 or 9 days ago (i got back from being gone for 3 days and it was outta the soil so it happened on one of those days)

I water it every 2 to 3 days with water pretty damn close to 6.5 Ph

There are 5, 14watt CFLs (2700k) on it..and I know the pics look like 4 but there's one more behind one of them...there is also a 15W 3100k plant/aquarium 18'' T8 tube in the corner, but I can't find any where to put it where it will be efficient.

I have 2 more random hybrids germinating and I'm just wondering how my current seedling looks?
Also...
How much more light will I need for 3, eventually, full-sized plants?
I'm already planning on replacing some of the 14Ws with 65 watt CFLs.
I know you can basically have as many lights as you want, I'm just saying like practically and efficiently for my pot/grow size....(It's in a closet)

My last question is about well water. Does anybody use well water? or reverse-osmosis (RO) well water? This is what I have been using and the ph outta the tap is almost ideal. My only concern is that the water softener that the water goes through is filtered with salt. Will this cause a fat build up of salt? Or is it nothing a flush won't solve?

Oopsy if this is in the wrong forum lol, it's a few pretty specific questions the search engine wont really find.

Thanks for any advice/comments/answers.

you should get a 400 w hps. or use a 150 and those cfls. your plant doesnt need all those lights on it yet. usually people veg with a higher k bulb like 6500k. and use the 2700k for flowering.

Yeah i'm aware of the light spectrum thing, but I'm planning on throwin this plant into flowering a bit early anyway, I just want to veg it to an ok, healthy size before that, but I'm really just looking for speed over yeild the first time around. Though, the next few I grow I will probably let mature more.

And do you have any idea how much (or ballpark it) a 150w HPS would cost?

A 400 would feel like overkill, since hps tend to run a bit hot and I'm only growing 1-3 plants at a time.
