1st CFL Cabinet

Hello all, this is kind of like my real first post.. this is my first attempt.. I got this Great White Shark clone off a buddy and I'm doing an LST kinda thing in this cab I made..

The first picture is basically of my lighting.. I have a 2 foot hood with 2 sockets, and a powerstrip with 3 sockets plugged into it.. so bascially 5 26-watt daylight CFL's
*also the plant on the right in the first picture is separated because its a random bagseed plant thats about 4 weeks now.

The clone's from my guy were in fox farm something or other, i'm not 100%.. I transplanted into that bucket with some normal potting soil from a local nursery that had a good ammount of pearlite in it..

Nute wise I'm working with just 2 tsp of liquid karma and 1 tablespoon of fax farm big bloom / gallon.. and 1 gallon usually lasts 2 feedings..

It sounds like you have most things worked out.

When you water/feed you want to fully saturate the media and have about 20% of what you add drain out the bottom. I water until I begin to see run off, then I add another liter or two to make sure I have evenly distributed the nutrition and moisture to all parts. In soil, in a planter that size, without additional perlite, after a transplanting... you should be watering every 5 to 7 days. Like once a week. You should be lifting the planter to determine how heavy it is. The heavier it is, the more water it contains, so you need to wait until it gets outrageously light. It will actually surprise you.

Pay attention to the pH of the media as well. I see some issues in Fox Farms when the soil is not amended with a little dolomite lime. You can pick up a little crushed dolomite lime and top dress the soil with 1tsp per gallon every few weeks to help balance the pH and provide much needed micro nutrients (fox farms nutrients lack adequate levels of cal-mag).

And i am getting into some problems pretty quick.
Temperature is one...this box cannot get cooler than 29-30 degrees celsius...
Another is PH levels... i am using a 5 liter recipient with a air pump and water pump.
I guess the oxygen keeps the PH up...should i turn it off?
I have 3 super skunk babies and 3 afgans growing.

Lights maybe a problem to. I have 4 32w/150w cfl on 24 hours and added 2 more 23w/100w really low on the plants to see if they can get some help.

I am not adding any nutrition yet.... is that another problem?
I have 15-0-0, 7-7-7, 06-06-08 and 04-14-08 solutions... i was going for the 15-0-0 for next weeks...if i get this babies to tougher a bit.

I am also using humus soil, since my first experience with hydroponics was very very complicated. Too hot in here. Too many bugs in Brazil.

I am putting 2 more fans...intake and outake.

Hope we can share some advices.
