I make hash out of the stems and trim, but the bud is great smoke even after deseeding.
I have had people say that's some of the best smoke they ever had,Its all organic, so the taste is incomparable if you just smoke only nute grown.

LED is the future man better jump on the bandwagon and save your self a lot of heat and money on electric bills, they are getting better and better not the cheap junk of just a few years ago, I use full spectrum 5 watt diodes.

hows this for vigor :)

I can get 90-110 grams off a plant in 65-80 days of nice dense bud with LED with out all the heat, I would never go back to the old school lights and cant believe there are people that still use them in this day and age and in a grow tent I don't see how it even works with all that heat.

im an experienced grower with regular and feminized seeds with regulars being my favourite.
however ive recently moved to a warmer part of europe and thought i´d try my hand at growing autos as i never thought much of them before.
i grew 2x kannabia hobbit and 2x auto destroyer from ossc.
i cant believe how quick they were and how good the quality was. they only took 60-70 days from germination. i am a total convert, autos are definitely the way to grow outside. all it cost me was a bag of good quality soil, water and seeds. so easy everybody should give it a go, its a lot less complicated to my usual hydro set up indoors.
I'm trying autos for the first time this year myself, I planted Northern lights three weeks ago they are in the garden now and appear to be doing well. I'm excited to see how they do, I have no idea what to expect.

i was the same, i didnt know what to expect but they ended up being one hell of a surprise. they finished so quick in just 67 days with a decent yield. such a nice smoke well worth a go and costs only a bag of soil and some beans too, you cant go wrong. good luck!!

bloody hell yeah thats vicor for you. i think you might have convinced me to go and invest into some LEDs as i am now living in a warmer part of europe, heat is a big problem for me. ive looked into LEDs but there are so many on the market, which ones would you recommend? and what area would they cover? thanks again

I am no expert on LED and only have experience with the Apollo that I am using two 400 watt for a 4X4 tent

Marrs Hydro are said to be good too, also Grow Northern over in your part of the world but they can cost big money.

keep in mind you want the full spectrum and the 5 watt diodes.

I've grown out somewhere around 6-8 different strains, from different breeders over the last couple years, all outside. I've never had one finish under 70 days, at least not what i consider finished, no matter what the breeder time said. It was only an issue the first time, i had a time schedule to keep, which is why i tried them, now i just figure 10-15 days min. after the breeders times. Other than that, I like em. Only other thing that took getting used to is dialing in a nute schedule to get optimal results. The changeover from veg to flower isn't as defined, so it was tricky figuring out what it needed and when.

Right on green Bogart gives me something to look forward to.

Here's some pics of my dwarfed Auto Ultimate. I tried peat pots with little success. I have another Ultimate and 3 Fantasmo Express started in 5 gallon containers and If I can keep the grasshoppers down I should get a pretty good yeild about 60 days from now. This little girl is stinky as hell! cola a u 3.JPG cola a u 2.JPG She's about a week or two from being ready.

I Think I may have made the same mistake, I also used Pete Potts and moved them out to the garden. I will hope for the best. Maybe I'll get lucky.

thank you. i definitely will be looking more into LEDs. the technology seems to have come so far since i first seen somebody use one.

i found the same all breeder times have always been shorter than what they actually finish or as you say what i consider finished being it fems, regulars or autos they all take longer i dont know if its the really strong sun in southern europe that gets them to finish roughly on time of what the breeder said.

i was dubious of autos to start with but after finishing some it doesnt take long to have what youre looking forward to. hope you have a good harvest, good luck all the best let me know how you get on.

Most breeder get their time by growing out hundreds, if not thousands, of a strain and usually picking the quickest finishing, rather than averaging out the finish time..a 60 day finish sounds alot better than a 75 day finish..and that's one of the big selling points of auots. It's all marketing...:finger:

I just purchased some OG Kush auto's last night they're shipping today should be here in about a week, I will add them to the garden as well.
They should be here in time for a August harvest.

Autos' takes a bit longer to grow outside if you don't live in a really warm tropical climate comparable to indoors environment, so 65 days will not happen, the breeders are growing inside too BTW under ideal conditions.

Also they need more daylight than 12 hrs of daylight like outside,so unless you live in Alaska where there are long days your autos will take longer outdoors.

Most auto's I have grown went 70- 75 days some went 80 but , I could of cut them down at day 65 and had buds that look like the breeder pics. but the last two weeks is when they are fattening up, so its worth the extra wait and sure as hell is much quicker than any photo grow.

Here are two Auto Ultimate's I grew indoors I think they went 80 days and I got like 110 grms each of some kick ass smoke.
