Hmmm, I went to the SW site and it came to $344 RT from Boston (closest SW Airport for 2 hours)...not too shabby! Still can't come, but at least it's reasonable if I could.

212? There is a hotel in lincoln its 15 miles from the lake. I am gonna camp out see how it goes haha! If they got hook ups that would be great. Not to far now about 4 weeks away!

As much fun as this sounds, this is a valid point. Also for such an even tsome kind of security needs to be in place to protect from such madness let alone law enforcement. I am down to help promote this. I do graphic design and would make an amazing flyer for such an event as well.

Does anyone have the connects to get an official 215 style event planned? Also It's gonna be freaking cold out on that lake man. I think a summer/spring/BBQ would be way better.

I think we should keep this as "un-official" as possible. Anything "Official" would draw LEO attention.
This is just a little in-formal "roast & smoke" between friends.
I wouldn't worry too much about security, there will be too many of us. They would need an army. Besides, most of what I'm bringing will go up in smoke right there!

The $59 fare thing is only from select airports, to select destinations. It's not $59 "anywhere". I know, because I've been trying to book flights for an upcoming vacation.

It is $59 from many cities, & really cheap from the others.

You just have to get here, how much is "all you can smoke & eat" worth?

If I can get out of work, I might cruise out there for the day. It's less than an hour's drive for me.

Camp far west has year round live-ins who act as security (North Shore), my boys would attend week end bon fires out there and told me stories of how cool the people were(these were juveniles drinking and just listening to music) so their tolerant. LEO'S are not a problem if you keep it low keyed, ie no fights or drunks firing guns at the live stock they have running loose? Long as your legit (215 patient) and just wanting to enjoy some good food and nice people, this should be for you.

Seriously, even though outdoors on the shore of any lake is the last place I'd plan on being in December, this might be kinda fun.

Thing is, Saturday is my beer drinking night, and I will not drive after having even just a few pops, so I'm gonna have to stay till morning. Anyone got room for a half-drunk stoner to crash between 1 and 6 AM?
