Bills and Heat is not a problem. I have a 2x3x7ft grow closet and therefore I think 400Watts is the MAX that I need to get some dank @ss buds. If my calculations are right then all i will need is a 250W or i can get a 400W and get rid of my 150W.... im debating that....im also unsure if i should get seperate units or the combo units..

EDIT: HOLY SHIT...... the 400W HPS/MH is cheaper then the 250W HPS/MH

Looks like the 400 w combo is the best way to go. The combo is less hastle as you dont have th change it out. All you do is switch bulbs. You can always use the smaller one as additional lighting if you need it.

UPDATE:::

All the leaves have basically almost died and the crystals are all amber looking... I never got to flush it since I am on week 12 FF schedule but should I harvest now or wait one more week and only use clear water w/o nutes?

Looks like thet are ready to harvest. Do yoursef a favor and flush them 3-4 days with just plain pH'd water. Yoiu can also increase your light cycle to 15/9 and it'll help with the flushing process.

I would flush immediatley and wait for a more experienced person to answer that... there is a harvest area where you can post that comment... but yah, FLUSH FLUSH FLUSH.. if you do not flush then your weed will not burn right... FLUSHHHHHHH ASAP

have you ever smoked weed that would not burn right... yah thats because they didnt flush

yes, once they get a little crispy on the outside i will trim and put them in jars to cure!! I had a little sample and it's the strongest stuff i have ever had... knocked me out, basically. lol

Thanks to everyone who helped me with my very first grow. I am alternating my next grow and currently have 6 unknowns in flowering using soil this time. Hopefully I will be as successful!

Here it is being cured... Already stuck my hand in the jar and had some...

I don't know how much I have since I don't have a scale... Any guesses?

lookin good man, i would say maybe 2 ounces, i would have to see it to tell, but it looks great!

u will get much more coverage w/ that glass off. i did the aero garden once. u r lucky to get one plant through the flowering stage. u should use the light that came with the ag pointing in front or facing up so the plant gets light from under. more light the better. good luck though. i switch to soil. i think i might use my aerogarden for cloning. just a thought. keep on growing....
