In cali you can medicate if you have a card and a qualifying medical condition. I don't believe there is an age limit

I don't wanna seem like a hypocrite cause I was starting smoking at 14-15 but it wasn't considered medicine. I don't know this kid's medical condition and am suprised a doctor would recomend mmj for him. I guess doctors prescribe narcotic pain medication to children too though.
