150 Watt recomendations

I've grown Mandalas speed queen and hashberry.
They both have reccomended light intensity 150-600 watts.
What else is there?
I currently have two 150 w hps lamps and four flourescent tubes each at 32 watts.

I don't understand the question. Sounds like you've got it covered.

For small lights in small grows try a lowryder variety or autoflower plant.

What are some good low light intensity varietys

Critical Jack by Delicious is by far my best yielder in my small cfl cab. Pineapple express also fills out nice.
