Well for starters get real seed. Second if your plants can and should be planted outside by now then quit fucking around and do it. Start eight weeks before that date next year with real seed. Your essentially listing a reason yours aren't getting bigger while thinking your getting the most possible.

No I already started my first in February and more outside in a couple days so in not fuckin around. Though this is south Alabama we just had our last frost a few days ago
