Nice job! I prefer in ground but cant do that in solid red clay. So bags it is lol

Ya I got spots of land with nothing but sane some wine h nothing but clay and some with decent soil I'm on 92 acres so alot of different soil ground

Not sure why anyone would bother going in questionable ground when you have complete control over what goes in your pots. Look at the size of some of the plants members here are growing in pots. The biggest issue I’ve seen with pots is your watering schedule can be more critical and unless you’re in big pots (50+ gal), heavy winds can blow them over. We had some 40 MPH winds here last night. 4 of my plants were laying on their sides this morning. The ones that didn’t blow over were watered yesterday. 20-30 gal pots/bags. Luckily no damage.
