You can't really scrog autos
You can. but not as well as photos. LST Works wonders on autos since it doesnt require any recovery time.

What im curious about, is how long it takes these from day 1 - harvestbecasue if auto's stop growing when the tap root hits the side of the pot, then rdo they immediately flower, or do they stall out? If these finish within a week or so of their normal timing in smaller pots, that would be pretty cool. I'd expet them to take a bit longer tho and get a bit bigger.

some flower like kc45 some just really slow down
it seems that any little stress is exaggerated is the only word i can think of to explain the way i feel about it
then again some strains recover from nute burn to become beasts while others stunt so hard to make a call on it
i played with containers the same size but different shapes deep and narrow and wide and shallow the wide ones always seemed to take longer to finish up
for some reason

I read the whole thread, and agree with you, 5 gallons is not enough all the roots in this pack of 10 strains hit the bottom of the buckets after 30 days. these photos are my first grow ever 2 years ago, so I was really nasty to these plants and kiled half of them with nutes, I found out auto do not like nutes, only rich soil. that was experience anyhow, now I'm doing photoperiods, and testing kc 45's to cross with a high cbd strain I have, but kc's are not true auto's so, I will have to start again later this year on that project. at 5 weeks old, in these photos, they had hit the bottom and were bound
my kc45's auto'd under 24/0 i only tested in large plastic cups mcdonalds cups and a couple 1 gals and 3 gals i heard the same thing about them not autoing so when mine did i selected a male and female from the batch and seeded some

some do act like the iranian auto though but most of them i ran just took their time

These are ready from day 80 to 100 some started shooting hairs sooner then others but yeah I believe they just start flowering automaticly after about 20 to 30 days of sprout.

Yeah so pots don't have anything to do with flower time right?
They genetically are just programmed to bud 20 to 30 days from sprout
About right?

no flower time was directly influenced by pot size the cup grows were finished in 70-80 days or so
while the 3 gals could of taken 100 or so i chopped for space issues seeds were done so i got it out of the way

all of them i ran auto'd

but you have to keep in mind this guy runs open air pollination and i read somewhere that he does it outdoors but im not sure how much i believe that

accidents happen so he may of had some bad batches

Yes!! I mean ive had skunkmass and dinafem ww that flowered all around 25-30 days but I have a LaDiva that showed pistols after 12 days and is 2inches tall with 3 sets of leaves!?! So ya depending on the strain basicly.

Ooo sorry I mis understood that's happening to me though and I'm in all 10s
And the 5s that I gave away arnt done yet I see them when I go water mine, so mabey it just depends like each seed is a little different like phenotypes and what not?

pretty much
the thing is there are reports of people pulling a couple pounds so its either not full auto
or it has something to do with the roots or something
in a 3 gal i had fans pretty much dinner plate size roughly
