125w CFL Distance?

I'm beginning to have my doubts about the distance of my lights. They're 125w Feliz 2700k bulbs, I have 4 of them in a 2'x2' area with 4 plants.

So far, I've been keeping them as close as possible to the canopy as I can (1-2"), but I'm beginning to wonder if I should get them higher up off the canopy to, maybe get some overlap from the lights, or spread out the footprint (can't remember the term) of the light.

I really don't know, hoping someone with some experience with these may have an opinion.

id say on the top. theres more area the light is spread to, right where you have it those branches are obstructing your light and catching it all. But one could argue if you keep the light there since those areas will be receiving so much light the buds will be thicker. its all what you wanna do pretty much, honestly looks like maybe you could use another bulb or two but i cant fully see your set up
