1200 watt perpetual show

This been a long time coming for me but I finally got it going right. Here is the setup.

Medium- Ffof plus some additives for my special blend
Nutes- roots organic full line
Pot size- 1.6 gallon
Lights- 1/125 watt single cfl, 2 pioneer jr 4 bulb fixtures for veg. 2 600 quantum ballast hps, adjustawing and a euro reflector.
Strains- super lemon haze / aurora indica / morning glory / dinafem cheese

I have 4 mothers who give me about 20-30 clones every 3 weeks. Rooted clones go directly in flowering pot and veg for 2-2.5 weeks or until 9-11 inches tall. After, into the flower chamber under the first light that is set at 50% for the first week then full strength the rest of the way, one month later new ladies come in and repeat while the older ladies go under the adjust a wing for the next month/half or so until harvest.

Full harvest every 30-35 days.

I went through many decisions with this setup and I actuallly have 2 more quantumz hanging just waiting to be Hung up. This grow is not only time efficient with harvesting every month but also efficient in every other aspect a's well. Soil, electricity, water, nutes, etc all are being used less than all my other setups. Ofcourse this is tuned to me and not everyone agrees but I hope you enjoy the show.

Any feedback is welcomed to the fullest. Football talk is always good to slip in every now and then

Thanks bub and you are right. Many years for me to perfect my own little setup here and far from perfect.
me to at I have a 1200w setup too.
Was hanging in your journal for awhile today just reading up, great show!!

These pics show the room before and after, some bud porn and etc. The branched female is morning glory at about 45 days flowering, as with the single cola cheese nugget that was around day 50. They really busted out after 58 days till 65, blew up. Enjoy

Experiencing some stress on my current girls that are at 34 days into flower, All lookin spindly and over fed. Flushed 2 weeks ago and noticed a bit of a change and finally fed when soil was dry with minimum nutes (500ppm)(6.7ph)

Honestly it was a spur of the moment fuckem all type deal man. Had a real gloomy day so I thought I could bullshit and/or see some comments when I loaded up my page. I mean it sounds childish to say I was mad about no love but with all this hatred from the govt, we need some supplemental love. All in all my apologies to every green thumb in this proving so called nobodies are risking that nothing for everything everyday for what.... I hope most expected honor to come next and not money. Money is well, I won't go there. Stay up everyone and again my bad for a dumb moment.

A's for the grow. These next ladies up for harvest Are really deep in the gutter if you know what I mean. A nasty lockout basically haulted growth for 1 week into the 2-3 week of flowering.

The next batch, now in the 5th day of flower are growing gorgeously and gradually gaining that girth to withstand, im hoping, some very large nuggets. No feeding has been done yet with the new ladies which has me guessing when it comes to roots organics nutrients. Everything i add them too at a low 500 ppm seems to shock the plant. Tomstoes, peppers, all 4 of my strains obviously got beat up.

So we will see in the coming weeks the final structure to this puzzle of mine. Whether to stay at 1.6 or go with 3 gallon without trying to compromise my 2 week veg period. Any suggestions would be great for this specific matter.

Also gonna light up my 3rd quantum in the closer with freshly transplanted (5gallon) mothers. 2 at a time due to space. Starting 4 more strains to test against my first pic of dinAfem cheese. Really impressed me the way she took off in the last 3 weeks.

That's it for now. Enjoy the weather my friends.

Gorgeous day today to get my ladies hardened off for the first time. Clones are being grow. Ou in 5" pots for 3 weeks and going out.

Indoors is fine but temps are rising quickly. Up in the high 80's. Not good. Don't really wanna hook up the ac just yet but might have too. Any suggestions on keeping the room cool.

Been a little bit and some radical changes are happening quickly.

A's much as I love soil and a fan of it, it's simply time to move on to the world of hydro. With that said I will be venturing into dwc systems. The only difference in my perpetual will be hydro and not soil. Bigger plants in the same amount of time with less space and mess. More time consuming yes but I tend to my garden when I wake up and about 3-4 hours when in arrive home in the Afternoon.

For right now I am doing a side by side soil vs dwc to really see yield difference and rate of growth.

I have also moved my entire veg into a 4 by 10 closet. Closer to me, lower temps, higher humidity. Simply perfect. And with this comes lower temps in the flowering room, in which this whole move was for. My test bucket will be up in 4 days. I have two mornin glory clones that will be tested. I love the way she clones and grows but the nugs are lacking a little.

The weather is awkward nowadays. Got to love the 70 degree weeks then it goes down to 45 for the next 3 days and pops back up to 82 following the cold 3 day stretch .

But on to the good stuff. Here are some pics of the upgraded grow rooms/ spaces to alleviate pains dealing with temp/humidity and them annoying water knats.

With the change comes change. Temps/Humidity before - 85-99 / 20-30(max) ... AFTER Flowering - 70-77 / 35-43 Veg - 75-82/30-45

So it did indeed work and now i have tons more space to maneuver things around and like the old saying, a clean room is a clean mind. or something like that .

I hope you all enjoy the pics as much as i enjoy their company.

Thank you

For the pics i will explain going from left to right, top to bottom.

The first two photos are simply my very healthy ladies at day 13 of flowering. Just fed with some spray of Trinity by Roots Organics. Theyre loving it.

The next 6 pics are seperated strains in order. Morning glory - Super Lemon Haze - Aurora Indica - Aurora Indica - Cheese - Cheese

The 7th pic is the updated (cooled) flower room with 1200 watts. Yes that is a MH to the right, my hps just recently blew out and i had an extra MH so why not, as i also added a 125W Cool spectrum CFL.

The 8th pics is my veg closet, All of the pottery pots will be going outside in 1 month and the 2 big (3 gallon) ladies to the right are my new mothers (Cheese - She just impressed me so much compared to the others) and just to let you all know as well. I planted some of the new clonage into outside ph'd dirt to see the difference, thats why you see some weeds growing with my weed. lol

The 9th pic is my last batch of clones from these mothers, they did me well for the last 4-5 months of picking from them every 2 weeks. From left to right (SLH - MG - A.I. - and Chesse)

Hope you all enjoy the pics and let me know what you would like to know :hump:

I dont know if there are any JETS fans in the house but let it be known. :weed:

DWC IS HERE, UP AND RUNNING IN TWO WEEKS. CANT WAIT@!!!!

Man no comments about anything. Kinda see why others are going to other forums. Not that love is needed but Convo and suggestions run this game we are all playing. Either way, i get mass comments on my other posts off other forums with less pics and info lmao.

The ladies are doing great. Getting ready for another harvest, 12 plants consist of 4 morning glory, 3 cheese, 3 aurora indica, and 2 super lemon haze. Expecting 5 ounces total. The next round is about 25 days flowering a's we speak. I have put 2 mothers into 5 gal containers for flowering . About 4 days In now, no hairs shown yet. My veg ladies are ready to flower within the next week. They are all sitting at 6-8 inches a piece. I also have 4 (1slh , 1 cheese, and 2 aurora) in clay pottery pots and will be goin outside in 2 weeks. All in Alll everything is running efficiently and smoothly just a's expected. Saved over 40 in electricity and 15 in water for lowering temps and raising humidity.

That's is for now. No reason for pics since noone updates or comments anyhow.

you need to move those lights closer to the plants id say about 6-8 inches.. as close as possible just put ur hand over the top of the canopy and if its to warm move it up a bit i suggest running less plants and doing a bit longer veg

Drew- thanks for the comment man, thought I was roamin solo through the forest. Since the pics I have lowered the left light about 8 inches from canopy. The right light I need to feed these 2 mothers which is a catch 22 for height restrictions. My room gets a little warm so I can't put them a's close a's I'd really like being I do have 2 18" osc fans that keep them real cool. But a's for less plants, explain please a's I put many nights of sleepless hours thinking of the most efficient PERPETUAL. I wanna harvest every month and half so I been starting clones 1 week early to give them 3 full weeks of veg. Bigger is always better but I'm aiming for time duration a lil more than yield.

I have started my first dwc with barneys morning glory . This is how I hope the 2-3 weeks of veg come in play for big bushes.

run less plants using this method and it will pay off

Great vid. Looks like he perfected his style. While that is an idea for topping at the 2nd node for 4 colas, it just doesn't fit my bill for veg time. One top will fit 3 weeks with a nice bush, especially with cheese and morning glory.

I recommend condensing your light by building panda film walls. It can be done fairly cheap with a pvc frame and pandafilm. You can put a zipper for an entrance. This will make your Lumens per square foot increase which will make your plants bigger and your lighting more effecient.
