12/12 screwed up. Help

I had a mishap with my timer and i didnt catch it until about an hour before they usually go off. Is it better to shut them off at the regular time and keep it on the same schedule or should i keep it on and change the time the lights go on and off?theyve been on 12/12 for about a week and a half. Please give me some opinions.

They will be fine, just get back on the 12/12 schedeule and maybe get a timer to help. Closer to the end I suggest reduce light by an hour every 2 to 3 weeks.

So what your saying is it should be like 10 light/ 14 dark at the end?
Luckily i had another timer to use which is on it now. It was in the dark like 16 hours and when i caught it i left the light on for 2 hours. Then i turned the light back off to stick to the regular schedule so now 12 more hours of dark. Is it gonna be stressed?

Yes just like that. Think of the plant outside in nature, what we are doing is tricking the plant to think it is getting later in the season so it gets ready to ripen for the fall harvest. I also switch to a HPS bulb for flowering which is a orange/red colour, (later in the season sun).
