Hello im expandeing my flower room out of tents and building a 10 x 16 room, i know its kind of big but i want room to walk around in it, my height is only 7.5ft and i will be useing 3- 3000w lights in it, im allowed to grow 36 plants total right now, i don't want to go over my total number allowed, here if it has 1 root it is considedered a plant, so i goto account for my 3 mother plants clones and veg plants,

i really want to run this room so i have 1 harvest every 3 weeks out of it,

so im wondering what would be the best way to set up this room pictures are really helpfull, and parts that i will need i allready have the 3 lights, and have a 5k spending limit right now, the room itself is up and all insulated and panda filmed on the inside other then that it is just a sealed box right now

Do you mean 3 1000W lights? There are no 3000W bulbs I know about.

Your room will be somewhat warmer with that short ceiling so factor that in.

What you want is called a perpetual grow. That is where you have a constant supply of new plants moving from clone dome to veg room to flower room.
My perpetual grow centers around my 8 x 8 foot flowering room with the single 1000W HSP set-up. I'm harvesting 1-2 plants weekly and I'm using much less space than
you have available.

General rule of thumb is that your flower room should be 3-4 times the size of your veg room. Two to one is even better as I always have a number of clones that do not make it
out of the veg room. I'll usually take 4 clones if I need 2 and just use the best looking 2.

If you keep your veg room lit 24/0 you can keep your clone domes in the same room. If not any small closet will do. My clone domes all fit in a single 2 x 5 foot closet. You'll need
at least 2 larger domes, 3 is better.

I'm thinking a fair portion of your expense money go towards ventilation. A sealed box does not breathe and 36 plants, even counting the little guys, will generate quite a bit of heat. Look into a system with a carbon filter if the budget allows. You are bound to create some smelly odors too and the carbon is a great smell-killer.

Good luck, BigSteve.

i really want to run this a sealed room, but i guess my questions are, more about

co2
dehumidifyers
and cooling the rest of the room

i want to run the lights on a sealed loop witch is no problem, but i have never ran co2 so what is the most efficant way links and pictures would help
next if sealed i need a dehumidifyer if im not mistaken. what is a good one to use in a room links again would be awsome,
Now for cooling this is where im really confused so many options with ac and water cooling, witch way is more efficant to run? and good ones to use for my room size again links would be awsome, most of this stuff i think im going to have to get from the net is why i would like links

my electrical is allready done for the most part i have 1-40amp 220 braker and 2-15amp brakers running into the room
was going to get something like this to run my lights off of http://www.hydro-ponics.com/product/26253/powerbox-dpc-4000-240v-4p

yes, you will need a dehumie. the 165ppd at walmart is good.
co2- most efficient is a generator. it cost me less than $7 a month in propane. a good controller is the ppm3, and i use a minigen.
i have used water cooling and 3 different types of ac, the easiest, and overall best way to go is minisplit ac. hands down.

I cool (4) 1000w lights in a sealed room with a 1.25 ton geothermal unit which is at about 95% capacity. You will still need a dehumidifier when the lights are off because the air conditioner isn't running anymore to dry the room. You really want to max out your air conditioner so the humidity doesn't go up in a sealed room and they make dual stage air conditioners for this exact reason.
