I was thinking of a small indoor 1 plant lowryder grow with a 105W CFL, will this be enough light for the plant to still finish in 9 weeks? and how much heat will this bulb be putting off? my grow box will be 22"H and 1'X1'W.

105 watts per square foot is very good provided it's the right spectrum (2700 k for flowering) I don't think heat will be a problem unless you haven't provided any ventilation.

I was thinking one 120mm pc fan http://www.quietpcusa.com/Noctua-NF-S12-Quiet-Computer-Fan-120mm-1200-RPM--P83C6.aspx blowing on the light and then a few holes in the top of the box for ventilation.
Yeah those fans are good, you'd be better off with it just blowing on the leaves to keep them cool. If you can get your hands on an old computer then just rip the fan out of the power supply case and wire it up to an old 12 volt (or less) power supply like a cell phone battery charger.

Ive got a 100watt cfl that I use for vegging and ive got a pc fan on it and I also need a big fan pushing the hot air outta my growroom. temps stay at about 25degrees celsius but I am in a very hot country.

I actually have a computer case i gutted, with 3 lights in it as of now, 1 pc fan near the lights, and i had one plant grow pretty good in there, turned out male.. .but i just planted 4 seeds 2 days ago (Fire, Water, Air, Earth) from bag seeds, ill see how they do... who knows maybe once they surface ill make a journal

Are you in the US? IF so buy one of these instead for a 1 square foot grow and you will have no problem at all growing full term and getting well over an ounce off one lowryder:

It will put out a whole lot more lumens than a 100w flouro (I hope you mean actual watts and not equivalent). This throws 15,000 lumens. Compare that to the cfl's lumens. The heat is actually not that much different, you will have to vent even with 100w flouro.

Yeah OregonMeds, i saw lights like those at Lowe's. they had a 70w version which looked promising, considering i plan on gettin two... but it seems like the easier solution.
