1000watt Hash Plant Haze, Lemon Skunk (Trial System)

I suppose its not much of a trial really... My friend and I have already ran a few batch's through on this system with great results. But that's why I am here to share it!

Whoever is along for the ride hope for the best, I just started up again and this will be my sexing run so flowering will start very soon.

Both of these strains are feminized freebies, I will get more plant shots once they are looking better. I am sure these ladies don't want to be photoed just yet .

No problems with the system yet. Everything is running very smooth, only problem is i am literally burning through water keeping my ppm steady is going to be a task. but for now its between 340-500 for the past 2 days.

Also the babies are picking up on new growth waiting for the roots to pop out of the bottom, after that there will be pics up

I hate waiting patience is not one of my best virtues. Quick update though we have new growth taking off on quite a few of them. The light is about 2ft above canopy I may be pushing it but temps seem fine. Next update will come after the first week of flowering.



Flowering starts on the 19th of this month, let me know if you think its too soon please. I am trying to keep them small and am on a time crunch. I have approx 8-9 weeks of flowering before i have to bring the system down. Hope it will be enough

Monday is almost here, just switched out my veg nutes to flowering, added this regiment: Myco Madness (spray bottle), Gh 3 part 4 gal res 3-2-1 for 3 gallons, I am sitting at 980 ppm will be fluctuating from 900-1000 and see how that goes might have to move down to 800. Also added 2 tsp of ph down still do not have my replacement probe so ph is still unknown but I can pretty much eye ball around 5.5-6.0 hard part is keeping it there. Also using Kool Bloom 3 tsp.

Week 2 temp is still stable: Either need to add co2 or anyone know of any tricks to lower my temp about 5degrees F?




The Light is currently 2ft away from the canopy still. I don't think I left anything out... Roots are looking good i will give you all some under the skirt shots of my ladies roots next week after the beneficial bacteria does what its does .

Oh and one more thing the Lemon Skunk's are moving at a snails pace, but their roots just started poking out of the net pots so i figure they will catch up plenty in flowering.



EDIT: Also forgot to mention has nothing to do with the babies now, but I made a new cloning system for sort of cheap. Here is the materials you will need if you want to try it out.
1) Small Tub with a lockable lid (4$ WalMart)
2) Nebuliser/ fountain fogger (around 25-30$ Lowes)
3) Drill 1 1/8 drill bit if you don't have these you can get it for cheap i spent like 30$ on them.
4) Neoprene Sheet I used my scraps from the 3in plugs so i look at it as free.

I can post a pic of it if needed, its pretty slick and this stress crap should not happen next time around. So not too cheap you can do it cheaper with rock wool and a tray, but I like science and how tech. is always improving. Only difference in what I use and the rock wool is about 1-2 days quicker on roots and in a small tub the fogger keeps it around 80ish degrees F which is pretty nice in my opinion don't have to mess with thermometers and heating coils or heating pads and what not.

Comments and criticism are very welcome as well as advice will be updating in about 3 days or so! Temps and everything are fine I have added Sweet from botanicare to my feeding regiment.

Unfortunately I am retarded and nute burned my babies a wee bit. But I am shocked at how fast they are recovering only 24hrs and new growth is still going. Was at 900ppm now I am resting at 500 until they are at least a wee bit bigger.

This is a journal on what not to do to your new babies haste makes waste

But I promise the end product will be much better, I have been in a rush with these babies it sucks big time. If my situation allowed the time, this would have never happened.

Anyway here are some photo's root system is ok i guess here is a list of things I screwed up on...

1) When the roots were developing off the stem I threw them in the system under a 1000watt (need to wait till week 2-3 at least)

2) Nute burn 900-1000ppm for 2 week old babies is a big No No lol.

3) Not enough veg I believe, I may bite my tongue at harvest but I will be lucky to pull a qp off this.

4) I was only running 1 fountain fogger for a wee bit and thats a big no go as well. Minimum of 2 are needed for this system. It has been fixed and all, now plenty of excess fog. I might move it to 1 later but i doubt it 2 nebs kill my water res 2-3 gal a day
