price sounds about right actualy........ i got mine for $275 CAD so, there not that expensive if you look in the right places.

I have an air conditioned room that can go down to about 60 F with (2) 400w. I am a little worried about quality due to the price. Think Im gonna go with Sun Systems.
Any body ever converted a vertical parabolic reflector into a horizonal bulb reflector?
Any help would be great. Thanks for the posts

Dont buy it unless you know they will take back the ballast. Use a horticulture bulb. I would stick with a reputable store so they can give you a return policy and customer service.
Lumatek is the only brand I trust. There are a ton of digital and electronic ballast out there and most of them are junk. They will work for a short time if at all and then nothing. And you will have no store to take your return to either.

I only go through my grow shop, more expensive, but they've tested and stand behind all of their products. If you can't afford a high quality 1000w go with a 600w, they are more efficient and easier to cool any how. my opinion anyhow. They also recommend keeping your grow room at 76 degrees celsius or about 170 degrees fahrenheit. That might be a good temp to make butter but not to grow weed.

Property zRoom Is pretty sweet. Took me a while to find the stuff. I was gonna check back at about 4 today when a whole line of auctions closes. Are the bulbs used on this site? Must be.

I just picked up 2 xxl vented hood's.
40$ each. no glass lense.(only 14.99 to replace).
They both had bulb's and socket's though the cord for the socket was cut.
Still same hood new 179.00$.
I did will call. It was just a where house.

All I was saying was that I had a good control over my grow room temp. And Aero is definitely confused otherwise he wouldn't be able to grow any sort of plant
