1000's vs 600's in a short room...

I have a room that has a total height of exactly 72". My pots are 12" in height. I figure that the hoods i want plus hooks can put the glass at 12" from the ceiling. This leaves 48" from the top of the pot to the glass of the hood. I was originally thinking 600 watt lights but am thinking i should go all the way to 1000's. I am wanting to run 2 8" air cooled hoods with a 745 cfm 8" fan. The only issue is that my intake for the proposed system is about 30 feet or so. It would be all solid pipe and would allow me to take air from outside, at night when temps are from 60-40f.

I am wondering if you guys think that 1 fan can keep 2 1000's cool enough to keep within 12" of the tops. I have sufficient airflow already in place, keeping ambient temps in mid 70's with ease. I would be adding this to whats already going on. Please give me some thoughts.
