You can use a regular lighter, but it doesn't work nearly as well. I smoked a good bit of the stuff back in the day, and it can be quite interesting. The first time I smoked it was back when it was relatively obscure, and was picked from a friend's plant. I later went back and tried 10X and 20X. I didn't even know there was anything stronger.

The bottom line is, Salvinorin A (The chemical responsible for the effects) vaporizes at a much higher temperature than say, THC. If you do use a "regular" lighter, you should keep the flame on the Salvia the ENTIRE time you are hitting it. Just getting it until it keeps itself lighted or throwing it into a blunt or joint is largely going to be a waste.

The effects are unpleasant to some, but if you put yourself into a good, almost meditative state as you should before trying any serious entheogen, you may find that you are in for a pleasant ride.

Legal age is most likely 18. It is in my head shop.

Salvia, like most other mind-bending things we enjoy, is not something to take lightly and in particular not for shits and giggles. I have enjoyed my experiance emensely.. But you gotta treat her with respect to learn.

im really wanting to try salvia i just have had the oppertunity but i dont know what the labels mean 10x 20x 60x actually i have never even seen what they come in so i wouldnt know what i was looking for. what do yall think is the strongest

it comes in little tubes with a lid on and the 10x 20x are the strength of it
i lived in holland for a few years and we used to buy salvia most weeks love the 2d trip altough sometimes it feels like someone is pulling you round the room by the jaw. other goodlegal highs r spice gold smoking i think its faIRLY NEW but i have smoked it and it will give you a good stonel.; and my fav the magic mushrooms which r always a mind bender

i tryed the catnip/wild lettuce what ever it is, and its well harsh,and did shit??? i dont reccomend that stuff/save your money and get a proper smoke, or some seeds.

It will only last a few minutes but those few minutes have the potential to kick your ass like way too much acid. You wouldn't be the first or the last to do themselves some serious bodily harm by thinking it can't be that strong if it's legal. THE SHIT IS NO JOKE, IT WILL PUT YOU IN ANOTHER WORLD THAT MAY BE HOSTILE IF THE DRUG TURNS ON YOU. JUST BE CAREFUL FRIENDS.

Ive had 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x, hydroponic salvia d. and garden variety salvia d. 20x was uncomfortable, 40x was HORRIFYING, 5x and garden you can barely feel and get a catnip kinda buzz and 10x is -just right-

man salvia is CRAZY and your all right. its not to be taken lightly.. as for me i thought it couldnt do anything... until i was in a different realm. i now smoke this like.... once every few years. be very careful

This is absolutely sage advice. I have seen many people "freak out" on Salvia, as its onset is very fast and intense. I have seen people frantically run out of the room and down the street, break things, or just go into wild, spastic rage and need to be held down. Most of these people where ones who didn't take it seriously, despite the advice of me and others. Salvia is no bullshit; don't think for a minute that it is just because it is legal. The trip can be as intense as almost anything else (short only of DMT freebase, whose trip is like the abusive stepfather of Salvia's) If you do it, always have a sober person around, even if it just means waiting until one person comes down for the other to smoke. This isn't really a social drug anyway.

salvia was the first drug ive ever tried in my life so i didnt know what to expect. when i hit it.. i had 0 control over my body T.T.... i started running around my backyard laughing hysterically but my mind was normal. i was thinking straight and was willing myself to get control of my body -_-. (my friends were just standing around laughing too while i was scared shitless!)

in short. scary stuff. i personally didnt like it because i dont like the fact that i didnt have control of my own body but im willing to try again.

yeah really how can you compare savia to weed? Id compare it to a bad acid trip or

If you didn't like your Salvia expirience you probly just had a bad trip similiar to those if you take acid or shrooms, luckily it only lasts like 7-10 minutes and its only good if you take it every once in a long while, at least thats my philosophy.

yea i feel ya deezy, i smoked it once, and only once, i somewhat bugged out, i did smoke 60x though. Definitely not fun, rather smoke a nice bong hit
