hey man i just read the whole thread front to back and ive got a few questions if you dont mind

mostly its legal concerns, i know the laws have been changing constantly in co and after my legal situation in the east clears up im moving there to be a caregiver,

early in the thread you stated your a caregiver and have 40 patients and all of this is legal etc etc in state law, it was my understanding that caregivers are now limited 4 patients plus themselves (conflicting state laws here, act 20 protects you for 6 plants per patient and hb128 says a dr can recommend more without a cap but averaging 25 plants for a usual edibles plan). In short i didnt count your plants etc but are you in full compliance with your plant count/dried product maximums? my guess is probably not or your loosely interpreting the laws

also i know that prices have always been much lower in co, ive trafficked from co to pa a few times and each time i came to co depending on the time of year prices were 2800-3500 a lb (top quality trich covered indoor much like you produced) you said co is totally flooded at the moment which is normal after cali's outdoor harvest season but 1700 a lb? Just how flooded are we talking, im guessing you grow it legally (or semi legally) and then offload it into the illegal market at wholesale probably all to one person for that much. i know the legal and illegal market in co are closely meshed and sometimes the lines arent clear.

When i was last out there people were no longer able to sell extra meds to dispensaries and only could sell meds to patients under them. Now i see people all over craigslist claiming they are caregivers with extra meds to sell to med card holders only and a guy earlier in the thread who posted a little under a month ago said he was taking his bud to sell to a dispensary. Basically i just wanna know wtf is going on can caregivers sell to anyone with a mmj card? are caregivers allowed to sell to dispensaries again or is it just dispensaries that have continued their side books along with the legal one? Are you offloading your wonderful harvest to your 40 patients or taking it to a dispensary or do you have to rely on an illegal broker like the one i know

excellent grow and harvest by the way

Yeah I havnt said that I pay extra per year to aquire my plants and the licenses. You can buy a license for the patients. 10 20 or even 300. 300 costs $20,000 a year I pay $4000

No I dont do the black market. I was assulted and now have had brain damage for 3 years with ptsd. I had 6 broken ribs with 2 broken vertebrae. I dont wanna jeopardize working at home! I get to hoble around at any pace I want.

I dont wanna ruin what has been built

as a general caregiver you are allowed 5 patients. If you want to have more, than you must apply and pay for a license basically making you a dispensary or a "center" as they were calling them. Sounds like Kpac has taken the necessary steps in order to qualify for the extra plants by paying his yearly fees. As I understood it at the time, the centers could freely trade with other centers but that they were no longer to accept from other growers. I am not really sure about the law as they don't really apply to me and change too fast for me to keep up. All I know is I have my one patient and we smoke it all. As far as being a caregiver for a small amount of patients, it's as easy as having them list you as their caregiver on your paperwork or filling out a change of caregiver form.

I am pretty sure that the craigslist thing is somewhat of a loophole but very possible could get you arrested for selling (since your not registered center paying your yearly fees)People are now accepting "donations" and perhaps there is nothing wrong with that. Technically they are only allowed to have 2 oz of usable marijuna (unless they are a caregiver) and may be violating that but really is hard to enforce. I see no problem with accepting donations as growing it is definately not free and as long as you are only giving meds to qualified patients who show proof of their identity and license I doubt they would see any legal trouble. Basically the same as trading clones IMHO.

Hey nubby Yeah - just listen to what the ladies tell you They will tell you if something's up. IE if its to much nuits or they want more. Or a difference in ph is good. They will always tell you!

Epic as always kpac. I'm taking a hiatus from this hobby for a bit so you better BELIEVE I'll be living vicariously through your escapades!
