Meh, I jacked a plant once. I had a single plant (skunk) and left it on the back porch b4 I went to school (I lived on the 3rd floor) and I had no idea my neighbor grew also. So I get home and check on the plant I glanced over and saw he had put a huge male as close as possible to my side of the porch and it was in full flower (I guess he thought it'd be funny?) so I went down stairs climbed up three stories to his back porch snatched the plant and tossed it from the 3rd floor to my side of the yard and disposed of it. Never heard a peep from him. I think he deserved it.

man I just want to say you're not alone, I had 3 plants stolen early may. Although I started two on just 1st.

Wow that sucks thats why i grew on my roof, until i got paranoid like usual and moved it in a woods where it died. Id advise anyone who can to grow on your roof it grows fast cause of the great light... Until a bee stings you and you fall off your roof... Ouch thats hard to explain to parents

Not true if I left my car at your house its not your car now because it was left. Be a good person even if its your property and they dont leave trash or fuck shit up why?

You claim stupidity and let them do it you know prohibition has forced them their and you know they work. If they dont trash your property and YOU being a pot head on a pot site should know how it works.

Tax them if you have to but never EVER steal thats as low as you can go. They know you own the property they will break off some cash or crop to KNOW they can do it agian with no problems.

You can GAIN more from not being a dick or steal ONE crop run them off or get shot because they are pissed. OR get paid every year just for not knowing the unknown?

if you don't want something stolen from you do something about it... put it in a greenhouse, hike into the bush or hide it... that looks pretty in the open right now i mean anybody could walk up there and take it. anybody and anything wants yur plants, put them in a greenhouse with cameras all over it and an alarm on the door and beanbag shotgun beside your bed.... there are many ways to grow without getting stolen or caught

Anything which buzzes and clicks can and will be found by plant poachers. And IR images made with such devices are black & white and fuzzy.

The IR wildlife photos I've seen were of poor enough quality with pure darkness. Any plant poacher will most likely be carrying artificial lights at night. What bleaching effect would that have on the IR image?

im not sure about the light bleaching but they take damn good clear pictures at night.

Hey everyone I just wanted to report back on the situation.A friend of mine had a plant he couldn't take care of, so he brought it over and I transplanted it into the ground...in a different spot, heh heh. I had one plant by my back door that was a bit of a deformity and not near what the 10 in the back were.Nonetheless,mine is budding nicely and my buddy's plant is all going to oil,seeing as its way too late budding.I've got about 3 weeks roughly before frost and whatnot,so these buds aren't going to be anything special. What do you think about having a heater blowing on the plant?Check out the pic,its just a light breeze of warm air i figured it would help,its kinda chilliy out. I threw in some apple pics from my back yard...

I think its the trail/mountain bike riders(growers enemy no.1) are responsible for most rip offs and if its not them its your growing partner.

Don't ever have partners. It ALWAYS ends badly. Greed, accusations, pouting, your fault for everything no matter what. Always something. Always. Don't do anyone any favors. Keep to yourself. Share your harvest with your friends. Tell no one you know if you can help it. They will tell someone...and those people might/will come 'visit' some night. Seriously sucks. That's the part that makes such a wonderful gig get ugly. People. Stay true to each other...treat others the way you want to be treated.

Theres alot of terrible creatures itt. You would really want to cut someones hands off or poison them deadly? Of course it pisses one off to get ripped, but you know its a possibility and you take a chance. No need to succumb to sadism.

i ripped a few plants when i was a kid. as a teenager you dont care about the guy who is growing. i had onw plant in my neighbohod that was full of bud. we used to go cut bubs off every couple of days. by the time we were done the bush was a twig. i cant believe the dude didnt just sit out and wait for us.
again... i was a kid. this was about 25 years ago so dont bash me now. hopefully it wont come back to bite me in the ass with my first grow.
