10 days since germination. Am I looking good or behind?

DON'T get hydrated lime; GET dolomite lime. The powder form is preferable, but the pellets will work if that's all you can find (it's what I use). Just add 2tbl powder or 3tbl pellets into every gallon of soil, water and wait a day, then stir the soil one more time. Along with what Danny said about magnesium, it will balance your soil's PH and allow for heavy feeding. Without the lime, you could run into many problems that appear as deficiencies (yellowing/browning leaves). Adding dolomite lime to your soil is one of the simplest things you could do but has profound results.

looking good. Just my .02 don't worry about being ahead or behind. Look at what the plants telling you, droopy leaves(could need water) leaves burning up( light spacing, nutrient deficiency etc) focus on the basics and she'll grow her best.

thanks. Ya I've just tried to ignore it as much as possible. Added a tad of Epsom salt, and they are exploding. Here is day 13.IMG_1052.JPG IMG_1053.JPG IMG_1054.JPG IMG_1055.JPG

BE CAREFUL!!! Your plants are showing signs that you lack patience! Actually, they look good... but from the post I have to assume that you do... and I'm not bashing you at all... but I usually see that in people who wind up making mistakes (like over watering, over feeding, or putting the lights too close).

Make sure to cover all the basics (light, temp, drainage) and assuming a good medium and even half decent nutes just watch the plant for signs of problems.

For perspective: I used cheap bag soil, cheap fert mixed into the planting soil (a little bit added for blooming), and tap water (straight from the tap). Didn't check PHs (which when I did weeks into it were super alkali), PPMs (never checked), or anything else. The plants were way under lit, were cold all through veg (50s-60s), stayed too wet because of ambient humidity, and had some light leaks into flowering.

While they are not nearly as productive as some I've seen... they're doing great... well enough to cover my cost and then some even if I harvested right now (at 30 days flowering), vs buying at the shop (or even direct).

Um, the threat itself is a sign of your lack of patience... if you know what you were doing, you wouldn't be asking this here... I'm no expert, but I'm cerainly past asking if my 10 day olds look behind.

As to "my problems"... that's wat I wanted. Yup. It's an experiment. I wanted to A) see what the plans would do in my environment, EXACTLY, with little interference from me... I got what I expected (humidity, cold, etc) and got to see how much it effected my plants. The next grow will take all that into account for the set up... as opposed to using some arbitrary set up that would work great somewhere else, but do shit all here.

And you know, I was just teasing a little to make a point... you are acting all kinds of aggressively rude. Maybe put in your signature how sensitive you are and that you only post in public forums for people to be super nice to you.

Your plants may not be immature, but you sure are.

Not minee, I'm chillin' :bigjoint:

But was my 1st post to him so harsh as to merit his response? Not in my opinion... maybe it reads more harsh than I meant... gentle ribbing... regardless... I don't take anyone talking to me like that, so I had to speak my mind on it. I've hit ignore and moved on, except to answer you of course, no skin of my nose... but this is me, being out of here. Peace.
