So I got a new job growing for an mmc here in CO.The owner does a nasty technique he calls the 10 day wack. Im not knocking it but its pretty intense and Ive never heard of it, plus the plants just look fake, all stem no leaves just 6 buds on a 4 footer. how can that be worth it.... some one tell me this is wrong so I can save the 200 vegging ladies that hes already let me use my soil and growing technique thus on far from being WACKED.. as he calls it. He leaves nothing but the top 3 nodes on all the strongest branches and cuts everything from that down at 10 days into flower... I see all kinds of problems with this but I don't want to step on his dick, even though hes only been growing for a year and I have 10+ years on him. lol. Of course that is why he hired me huh...
just looking for ..........

Ok i as most of us are unclear on how exactly you are growing, is it your room or his? Are you the lead over this set of plants? Is this your first run with this mmc? Do you have proof (figure this would be required to actually get into your postion) of #s you have pulled in the past using your technique? I imagine he pays the bills? Just wondering as this will help me get into your shoes so to speak. Have thought of such ventures but was always concerned about things like this.

Just to be clear were doing thing my way and thats what its all about. Hes way cool and non confrontational, I dont want to make you think hes a dick, I just think hes stuck on this technique for grooming during flowering and I want to give him something tangible to think about to make him not want to do this, ie something negative about this technique, other than its torturous stress on the plant. We are well on our way to doing things my way and thats the way he wants it as it is of course my garden on his facility and he does pay the bills, I just dont want to step on his toes and sound like a dick but I like to think that that kind of treatment to plants is rude, lol. I have a personal connection to all the plants I grow whether personal or commercial.

I believe that if you convince him that you have had bigger higher quality yields than him on a regular basis he will at least let you have a go at this round. I believe positives of your way will go further than negatives about his way, nobody likes to hear they are wrong. This is a commercial garden, therefore expensive and a big investment, you make him believe he will have a higher return on investment, no business man can say no to that.
Just my 2 cents
