And here is the seed that was washed from the soil ground onto the soil and it's sprouting

She looks like she has a slight ph issue going on easy fix I would add some lime on top of the soil and water it in as needed. Dolomite lime can be bought at just about anywhere that has a garden center make sure it's garden lime. She would really benefit from it about 2 table spoons is about all you need.
