1 Month in, Weak. Recovering. Supposable bugs??(Pics!!)

Its been a month and my plant is recovering from some leaf trimming. Long story short i saw some nibble marks and i need some opinions. Bugs??. Heres some pics of it now and the bite marks. 205 watts of both 6 cool white tubes and 2 cfls.Critisism always welcome.

no thats not the problem, i Just put in more lights a week ago and thats how it got better, i only had like 100 watts on like 9 plants and this is the only one left so now its gettin 205 watts
