well youre not going to get 14oz off of one plant under a 400w either. there are alot of variables. 1gram per watt is under ideal conditions throughout the grow. alot people never see that kind of yield.

14oz off a 400w would be achievable with perfect conditions and an experienced mentor

Depending on the amount of space you have, pulling 14oz under a 400W shouldn't be too hard. 4 plants that have been topped and vegged into bushes could easily yield 3.5 oz each (probably more too, depending on the strain) which would equal your 14oz.

i can get the .5 gram. its the "other" .5 that i'm having trouble with. i'm gonna try a scrog next time around and see what happens.
try a sea of green as many clones as you can fit in your space in 10cmsq pots 12/12 as soon as they've rooted and remove bottom branches so they concentrate they're energies on the budsites that are gettin the most light.
keep the temps and humidity as perfect as you can and you will hit 1g per watt , you gotta have the right genetics to tho of course a low yielding plant will do a couple of gramms per plant if you get a decent yielding strain a quarter to a half oz per plant is possible
