If you don't want to go all the way to a COB set up as mentioned.. I'd suggest multiple 125w CFL's with some reflectors. I grew a few autoflower under some and they did decent; seed to harvest with 2700k's. A little stretchy but nonetheless good for what it was with impressive trich development.
