when do i put bloom boster in it?

I saw here in faq, that you could poke whoes in the soil for aeration. So instead of buying soil from the store could i use the dirt from my back yard an poke acouple wholes in it? so no root rot?

yeah, its soil straight out of my back yard. I was jusg oing to dig some more of it up an put it in a bigger pot and let it stay in there for the rest of the grow. its already starting to smell i want to try an keep it alive

when i repot it, how important is it to change the soil? ...why cant i jus dig some dirt like when i first planted it and repot it...i heard it will get root rot?
