One of my plants are in there flowering phase, for about a month now. The pot is alittle to small for her. I was wondering if its to late to transplant them into a bigger pot?

My buds are the size of a popcorn ball. I took a look at it today and it seems like the pistals ''the white hairs'' seems to be dieing. Yesterday it seems to be white now it looks like its brown. Is there something i nead to worrie about. Any tips will me greatful.
