My plants were completely fine and now they feel firm, the veins are very rough and rigid, and the top leaves are curling inward, while the bottom are Sagging as if they were under watered. Is this overwatering? Does anyone know? thanks for the help

So basically I found a shitload of these assholes on my crops today. Im guessing they are spider mites, and I was going to pick up a shit ton of lady bugs tomorrow to devour these fuckers. Can someone give me some feedback? Are these in fact spider mites? and will lady bugs kill them off...
