This is actually a flood and drain and an added drip system if needed its 1 square meter. So would be 4 plants per lamp. Would you do it in those pots as in that system or substitute pots for lets say rock wool. So far everyone adviced on using mars hydro over bestVA. Thank you :)

Actually that is an ebb and flow, but you can also buy that drip system thats in the picture which I'm considering. I'm thinking of how to germinate seeds and put in clay pebbles, would be great to start in rockwool and maybe a week after leaves opening put them straight in clay pebbled pots...
