Would it be best to have the mothers and clones in their own seperate areas? I'm assuming rooting clones aren't going to be a fan of the 400w MH? I'm thinking of just keeping the clones either in an open window or in their own little space with a CFL or fluro t5s? What would be best for rooting...

I like the idea of this, it seems simple enough and affordable, I have a budget of $1000 to set up the grow space. How much would you estimate this yielding? Also what size containers should I use and spacing between them?

Wouldn't it take longer for a seed to grow to the point where it can be put into flower than it would take for a clone to root? And then yeah there is the problem of getting access to seeds for me, where as I can just buy a few seeds, grow them into mothers and use the mothers to make a clone...

I was always under the impression clones yielded more in a shorter time period due to having the same age as the mother from the get go, can someone explain to me why it's being recommended I grow from seed rather than clones? It isn't yet legal where I am so I would need to spend a lot of money...

Is there any difference in potency from auto strains?
