if you have the spare time i'd build yourself one, you can get U channel and L channel crazy cheap, for light for a 4x8 which is 32 sqft so you'd need around 1000 to 1300w worth of light from an LED build, shape is a little strange, if you want an easy root go for the QBs, if you want to build...

your on a great track, when buying those cheap LED lights u can see in the picture you posted it says actually wattage 120 - 130w, so this is has most likely been miss sold on purpose as a 1000w to get people to buy it, no 1000w LED light (good one anyway.) only pull 130w from wall to power...
