Yeah I have a fan blowing on them, but it's only happening to this one plant. Do you think that is what caused the dead spots?

Now I've got a bunch of people telling me water burn actually doesn't even exist... There doesn't seem to be any new damage occurring, so hopefully it's fixed... I'd love to try to figure out what was wrong though. Here are some more pictures. Any chance this could all be fungus gnat damage...
