    i guess i should have taken a picture..but they are so small they just look like white pepper or dust only they are elongated and they swim in the drip tray and can jump a very small amount. i will assume thrips and will share that for a soil drench my research has shown azamol or azatrol...

    the spots appear to be thrips. i am dealing with them now too. if you water look in the drained water for very small whitish larvae..looks like white pepper..only they move it you look close..at least that is what i was told i have. monterey brand spinosad used as a foliar spray every 3-4 days...
