Got new problems emerging with my plant on day 23 of flowering. Can't figure this one out. What do ya think this is?

Ok so I have aphids, and they're getting a little out of control. I'm smashing as many as I can physically and using soap spray to help, but they keep returning within a day or two and seem to be in larger masses. Would using a pesticide with permethrin help? And if so what do I need to do to...
