Should I be concerned is this power mildew?and if it is how would I go about cleaning/harvesting?

i have a really bad aphid infestation can see tons of them on the stems about 5 weeks into flower. is it worth trying to fight them with so many and this late in flower? or should i just trash everything clean the grow tent and start over? i can post pics later tonight when the lights come on.

I tried cutting a leave off to inspect it and seen nothing. Pulling the whole plant out and inspecting with a loop still can’t see any pest. Anyone know what could be causing this?
