Trying to bud my plant with cfls 4 2700 k and one bright white will this set up work

So how many watts should I shoot for

I checked no light and theses are the bulbs I am useing plus the one daylight bulb

Right now it is in a closet because it out grew the shitty grow box I made but about to take another pic and close the door and see if light comes threw

. Should I put it in complete darkness for 24 hours

I have a plant that is in flowering now for three week and no foot balls or bud sites 4 cfls 75 watt 2700k and one 75 bright white running 12/12 light cycle I didnt put in darkness for 48 hours did i mess something up

So I put my plant in flowering with 4 cfl 75 watt 2700k and one 75 watt bright white it has been three weeks and no foot balls or hairs have started growing Am I doing something wrong I put a pic in ware the stalk meet s the branch

I am planing on using a tent and I am thinking of only running one plant ( lowrider#2 ) auto y'all think I can hide that with a carbon filter

Will the carbon filter kill the smell completely ?

I am also using cfl s to not draw attention to my bill

With the thought of going to jail I just purchased a grow bright filter side note I am on the third floor and thier is storage closet on the porch ware I will be growing

I am moving into an apartment in the next few months and I am going to be growing at least 3 autos and I don't want my neighbors freaking about the smell I have had people tell me about carbon filters but I don't want to spend a crazy amount of money if and body knows a good brand of filter or...
