To my knowledge there is nothing wrong with clipping the yellow, dead leaf tips. If you did chop the whole leaf, you would however be taking away a big solar panel of energy for your buds. So if the whole leaf is not dead, do not chop it, just the tip.

Never PISS on your plants.... Piss in a 2L bottle of Soda. And Dilute it with water ... Piss is only good for Nitrogen and should only be used in pure desperation ..
